Will the law that is ultimately enacted look like the “repeal” passed when George W. Bush was president? Will it take 10 years to phase in?  No one knows.\n \nWhat is certain in a world without an estate tax is that capital gains tax planning will become more important.  There are 12 ways to reduce, defer, or eliminate the capital gain tax.  This presentation will focus on these techniques.\n \nEven if the estate tax remains with us for some number of years, all members of the estate planning team need to become more conversant with a broader range of capital gains tax planning techniques.\n \nBio: Mr. Givner has been practicing tax law for almost four decades concentrating on income tax planning, estate tax planning, sophisticated retirement plans, asset protection planning, charitable planning, capital gain planning, tax litigation, and the representation of high net worth and high income families, as well as individuals and their closely held corporations. Mr. Givner has been published over 90 times including articles in Accounting Today and the California State Bar Trusts and Estates Quarterly.\n\nMenu\nSalad\n Baby Spinach with Strawberries, Avocados, Bananas and Honey-Poppy Seed Vinaigrette\n\nEntrees\n Pan Roasted Chicken, Wild Mu shrooms and Truffle Sauce\n Filet of Sole “English Style” with Brown Butter, Capers and Almonds\n Sliced Grilled Polenta with Wilted Greens and Ratatouille\n \nDessert\n Homemade Apple Strudel with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream\n \n \n \n\n For more information:\n Contact: Raquel Altavilla\n Phone: 916.715.5939\n Email: [raltavilla@comcast.net](mailto:%20raltavilla@comcast.net)\n \n \n
